House contains three apartments.

  Apartment  AP- 1  (4+1  persons)
Apartment  is  70 m2  +  terace 44 m2  +  balcony 10 m2 .
Apartment contains two bedrooms,  big living room with couch for seating or sleeping, dining room,  kitchen  and bathroom with bathtub and shower. 
The apartment has also two big terraces and balcony with awnings.

 Apartment  AP- 2  (2+2  persons)
Apartment  is  50 m2.
The apartment has one bedroom with television, living room with television, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, lovely closed terrace (dining room) with windows that can be opened or closed according to your wishes and nice garden in front of apartment. In bedroom there are two single beds, in living room there are couch and  one or two beds if necessary. In the green garden there are table with chairs and a rocking deckchair. 

 Apartment  AP- 3  (2+2  persons)
Apartment  is  25 m2  +  terace 10 m2.
The apartment has one room with two single beds and big couch and fully equipped kitchen. Here is also bathroom with toilet, lovely terrace and nice garden in front of apartment. On the terrace is also possible to prepare food on the stove and oven. In front of the terrace is garden with lots of Mediterranean plants and trees, which can be a place of rest or play area for children.

Free use of internet, satelite TV, washing machines in apartments  AP- 1  and  AP-  2 .
Grill at the court.
Air conditioning in apartment  AP- 1 on request. ­ Air conditioning in  apartments  AP- 2  and  AP- 3  is not necessary. These apartments are in the shade, but with excellent sea views.    
Parking is free.

Rooms are big and comfortable,  kitchens fully equipped.  Sea fantastic visible.
The garden is full of trees and Mediterranean plants.

Nearest store is good market „Konzum“  at distance  250 m.  Supermarket "Konzum" with an excellent choice of foodstuffs, other products and excellent prepared foods is at distance  about 1200 m.

Nights in Dramalj are quiet. Town center at distance 250 m, center of Crikvenica at distance 2 km.  Crikvenica and Dramalj are the exciting little towns full of tourist attractions like water-sports, mini-golf, table tennis, tennis and football courts, beach volleyball, walking paths, one-day trips, fests, restaurants, various festivals, dancing terraces, games for children and adults, discos (nearest only 1000 m  from us),  night clubs, as well as stores and supermarkets.

Nearby is the number of national parks and nature reserves with lots of interesting facts.

On account of excellent climate in Crikvenica there is a world-wide known medical centre  (allergo, pulmology and cardio-vascular).  Clean air, healty microclimate, beautiful landscape and interesting plant biosphere.
The most  beautiful sandy beache at Adriatic sea is  more than  2 km long.

Dramalj and Crikvenica have long tourism tradition  (more than 120 years).
